A Yes, all prices are inclusive of GST.
Q How long will my order take to arrive?
A Please allow 1-2 days processing and packaging. Your order
will be posted within 3 working days. Most orders are
processed and posted within 2 working days.
Q How will my order be delivered to me?
A All of our orders are delivered via Australia Post.
Q How do I check the status of my order?
A Click on the "My Account" button which is at the top of the
site. Then, simply log in with your email address along with
your password. Most of the time it will specify "On Delivery",
meaning that the product has been posted.
Q What are the benefits of joining the mailing-list?
A If you register to our mailing-list you become entitled to
special discount schemes, promotional pricing offers and be
updated on new and exciting products.
Q How do I know that the product received will be in
working order?
A All products are tested and in working order before dispatch.
Q What if I am not satisfied with my order?
A If you are not satisfied with your order please tell us why at
admin@wildfiretrading.com.au. Returns will be given a full
merchandise credit (exchange) or a refund less shipping and
handling and a 20% restocking fee after the item is returned
in the origional sealed package.
Q Why was I not refunded the origional postage and
handling cost of my order when returning my
product?
A If for any reason you decide to return your product for a
refund we are unable to refund the origional postage and
handling charge under any circumstances. This is due to
costs we have incurred picking, packing and posting your
order to you.
Q What warranty do your products have?
A All products come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
All electrical products come with a 12 month
replacement warranty.
